My Sunday started with an early walk, courtesy of Reggie, my fox red Labrador. He has one thing on his mind: food.

Reggie is by all accounts a 24/7 food surveillance dog. A tossed burger, a dropped sandwich – if it’s edible, he’ll find it.

Now imagine applying that level of focus to business. Not for food, but for what’s holding your business back.

That’s the value of an external advisor or NED: someone who knows what to look for and brings clarity when operational noise clouds your view.
