A new survey reported today by ITPro shows that 78% of UK directors say AI won’t reduce headcount, and 32% expect to hire more staff as AI drives productivity and specialist roles.

This aligns with what I’ve shared before: AI is a tool for human augmentation, not replacement. This suggests the UK market has moved past the experimentation stage. Leaders are asking: How can AI help us do more of what matters?

Technology adoption isn’t just about efficiency – it’s about capability, confidence, and growth.
